- Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Conditions
- Access is free for the entire University community: students, teachers, administrative and technical staff, however, being a holder of the University card is a requirement for all.
- The rates that external users pay are as follows (all loans excluded) :
1 entrance : 2.000 L.L.
10 entries : 15.000 L.L.
Annual card : 50.000 L.L.
- Paid access for the Holy Spirit University graduates:
A subscription of $25 per year.
A deposit of $50 per book for a mximum of 3 loans.
