The monthly rent, per room, with all expenses included (water, electricity, heating, air conditioning) amounts to:

  • $250 for a single room.
  • $350 for a double room, (i.e. $175 per person).
  • $450 for a triple room, (i.e. $150 per person).

A $100-deposit is requested from the beginning of the first month the room is rented. This amount will be reimbursed, upon the student’s departure, once an inventory of fixtures is done.
