In order to reserve a room at USEK’s Hall of Residence, one should:
Fill in a registration form (to be found at the Hall’s welcome desk or at the University’s Admission Office).
Add the following documents to the form:
- 1 photocopy of national ID (or passport for foreign female students).
- 1 photocopy of the residence permit for foreign female students.
- 2 recent passport photos.
- 1 photocopy of the USEK registration form.
- 1 medical certificate.
- 1 form to be filled in by the person acting as the student’s guarantor. (This form is to be found at the Hall’s welcome desk or at the University’s Admission Office).
The complete file is to be submitted to the hall’s welcome service.
It is worth mentioning that the rooms will be reserved as registration files are received. Once full capacity is reached, any other students wishing a place will be put on a waiting list.
Furthermore, priority will be given to full-time female students at USEK, whose main residence is located far away from the University.
