The Higher Institute of Political and Administrative Sciences of the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik is bound by agreements to the Faculty of Economic, Social and Political Sciences and Communication of the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL), Belgium and the Institute of Political Studies of Lyon (IEP), France.

These partnership agreements aim at increasing the mobility of people, lecturers and students, as well as at developing joint educational programs.
