About Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
A new Interlibrary Loan service and documents delivery service (ILL/DDS) is now available at the USEK Main Library. This service allows you to borrow item (books, periodicals, conference proceedings) from other institutions.
Loan and Renewal Terms
- A borrower must have at all times a valid card whether he/she is a student, Faculty or Staff member.
- A request is processed only if the requested document is not available at the Main Library.
- The loan period must not exceed 25 days. It may, however, be renewed 3 days prior to deadline with Miss Jeanne d’Arc Abboud.
- The borrower is held liable to any kind of damage to the book in his/her possession and must therefore pay for any occurring loss or deterioration. Any overdue book is subject to a 5000 LBP fine for every overdue day.
- The loan terms depend on the internal regulations of each institution.
Loan Procedures
Search the Main Library reserves to make sure the document is not available in:
- Online catalogue
- Database
- Online journals
Fill in the appropriate form for every loan request:

- To request a book
