If you wish to participate in a competitive sport and join a university team to represent USEK in local and international tournaments, visit the Sport Service, sign up for the training sessions, participate on a regular basis and demonstrate your perseverance and endurance; such are the conditions which will allow you to join a university team.

Several university teams coached by specialized trainers were already trained to represent USEK in national and international university competitions; these teams evolved in the following areas: 

• Skiing
• Chess
• Basketball
• Volleyball
• Football
• Tennis
• Ping-pong
• Combat Sports
• Fencing
• Athleticism

USEK Sports Service also participates, mainly in summer, in international athletic meetings (it has already taken part in tournaments in Bulgaria, Italy, Japan, Turkey, Austria, Thailand, etc.) and in training sessions, with a view to improve the players’ performances.

Advantages
The students representing USEK, within any university selection, benefit from a 15 % reduction on their studies fees (the registration fees being excluded) during the whole academic year.
Moreover, the Lebanese Universities Sports Federation (FSUL), organizer of the interuniversity competitions, provides the students with the opportunity to take responsibilities in the organization and management of sporting events; in the refereeing, or in team training and coaching.
