Student Affairs Office
Mission
The Student Affairs Office (SAO) is a place of welcome and of listening; it also provides information and regulation. The SAO aims at helping students in resolving their daily difficulties, by either providing them with concrete solutions to problems or acting as a mediator, in case of conflict whether with another student, a teacher, an administrative unit, a university official, etc. It also ensures the correct implementation of the University regulations, supervises the USEK infirmary and manages the University Hall of Residence.
The SAO is, thus, the ultimate interface between the student and the University, regarding all academic or discipline-related matters.

An office dedicated to students
The main purpose of the SAO is to welcome all students, to meet their needs and answer their questions, to facilitate their integration, to support them through their academic journey in order to guarantee their educational success, to contribute to their blossoming and to create or maintain a sense of belonging to the University which is theirs.

For this end, the SAO is regarded as an entity totally dedicated to students, endowed with a personnel devoted to guide them and offer them necessary orientation in their student life and which will, as well, listen to all the difficulties they may encounter, providing them with adequate solutions.
