On December 12, 2013, for the third consecutive year, the Faculty of Business and Commercial Sciences of the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) organized the Banking Forum entitled "Partners for Life", under the patronage of the Central Bank of Lebanon and with the participation of Byblos Bank, Bank of Beirut, Al Mawarid Bank, Banque Libano-French, First National Bank, BLOM Bank, Credit Libanais and Bank Audi.

Ms. Tina Habib, Coordinator of Corporate Relations at the Faculty, inaugurated the event by declaring, “Throughout the past three years, this event has proven to be successful as it offers banks the opportunity to reveal the services designed to meet the needs of the students. It also serves to attract a large number of customers.” She emphasized that this forum provided the students with the opportunity to communicate personally with the representatives of the banks and compare their deals and services, in order to improve their banking experience.

The Dean of the Faculty of Business and Commercial Sciences, Prof. Nehme Azoury, thanked both those who had organized this event and the participating banks, while simultaneously expressing his joy in seeing the enthusiasm of students and their integration into the activities of the University. Prof. Azoury stated, “The Lebanese seeks to find solutions whenever he/she encounters problems. This advantage allows us to be the best wherever we are.” He closed by addressing the students: “You have to be positive, and, as long as you work relentlessly, your future will be bright.”

The students visited the stands, prepared by the banks, where they received information on educational loans, student credit cards, and educational and loyalty programs, as well as information about personal loans.
