On November 28, 2012, the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, represented by its President, Reverend Father Hady Mahfouz and the Director of the Higher Institute of Political and Administrative Sciences, Dr. Georges Yahchouchi, signed two cooperation agreements with the Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University, represented by its President, Dr. Philippe Boutry, and the Catholic University of Paris (ICP), represented by its President Mgr. Philippe Bordeyne.

The cooperation agreement focuses on the Political Sciences major and includes other majors related to humanities and social sciences.

This cooperation is within the framework of multi educational and research programs where both parties will work jointly to exchange skills and expertise particular to the educational bodies involved, and to improve the students’ qualifications in both faculties.

In virtue of the enforced laws and regulations in both countries, and within the available means at the disposal of both parties, a commitment has been made to promote and develop joint research, organize conferences and seminars, produce publications, aid professors-researchers and researcher exchange, facilitate student exchange, as well as the participation in and supervision of theses.
