On Tuesday March 18, 2014, the Minister of Culture, H.E.Mr. Rony Araiji visited the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik and was greeted by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Reverend Father Talal Hachem. The Minister of Culture met the students of the Faculty of Law in order to share his experience of 24 years in law.

Rev. Fr. Hachem welcomed the participants and stressed the importance the University gives to admission conditions, and to the quality of the graduates. He also emphasized the commitment to excellence delivered by the University in order to ensure high quality programs for its teaching and administrative staff.

Minister Araiji discussed his educational and professional career by pointing out every detail of the law profession, in addition to the problems and challenges that students may face, especially during their internships. He highlighted the importance of the courses given at the University, which are essential, as well as the need for proficiency in languages specifically in English.

Finally, H.E.Mr. Araiji invited the students to stay continually updated and to read the journals distributed by the Bar Association; he also warned them against the risks of plagiarism.

Afterwards, the Minister visited the office of the President of USEK, Rev. Fr. Hady Mahfouz with whom he discussed issues related to education and culture.
