Understanding Hazards from Farm-to-Fork: Food Safety in Poultry Processing

The Ministry of Industry in partnership with the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) and the (UNIDO) Project “Supporting Host communities in Lebanon affected by the high influx of Syrian Refugees- CELEP III”, organized the workshop “Understanding Hazards from Farm-to-Fork: Food Safety in Poultry Processing”.

This event, hosted by the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences, took place on Monday March 30, 2015, at 9:30 am, in the Jean El Hawa Auditorium.
