New Students - First Time Registration at USEK

In order to successfully perform your registration procedure in USEK, we recommend you to abide by the following procedure:

Step 1: Choice of major
- Consult the USEK website and click on Results of the admission tests.
- Enter your admission file number (ID) and your date of birth for identification.
- Check the results of your admission tests and confirm your choice of major only if your admission file is complete; otherwise, you should complete it by proceeding to the USEK Orientation Office.

Step 2: 1st payment of tuition fees - AUDI, BLOM, BYBLOS or BANK OF BEIRUT
After making the choice of major, you should wait 2 working days at least before being allowed to proceed with the first payment of the tuition fees. After this period, you can settle the first payment at any of the following bank branches AUDI, BLOM, BYBLOS and BANK OF BEIRUT, along with your file admission number (ID).
The amount of the first payment is set as follows:
- 1300 USD for all Undergraduate and Graduate studies programs of the University;
- 285 USD for all the continuing education programs;
- 1000 USD for students registered in the Regional University Centers.

P.S.: In case of any financial problems, students can proceed to the USEK Social Service Office.

Remarks concerning students benefiting from an excellence scholarship:
- If the scholarship covers 100% and above of the tuition fees, the reduction will be applied automatically on the first payment.
- If the scholarship covers less than 100% of the tuition fees, the reduction will be applied automatically on the first payment, taking into account all of the tuition fees.

Step 3: Course registration
Undergraduate and graduate students should complete their registration exclusively online via Banner self-service. The registration period to Fall Semester runs from August 28 to 29, 2018. Mandatory Orientation Sessions are scheduled on August 28 and 29, 2018.

The Add & Drop and Late Registration periods run from September 3 to 7, 2018. All “Add & Drop” procedures should be done online via the Banner self-service.

Remark concerning students admitted on the basis of remedial courses: Students who are required to follow remedial courses should register them first and foremost, in the first semester following their admission.

Postgraduate students should complete their registration online via Banner self-service from August 28 to 29 , 2018. .

Students in continuing education have to complete their registration in the Faculty/Institute they are affiliated to from September 3 to 7, 2018.

Opening hours of administrative offices and secretariats of academic units: from 8:00 am to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00p.m.
