National School of Administration

The National School of Administration was established under the Law No. 222 dated 29/5/2000, and has replaced the National Institute of Administration and Development which was founded in 1959 and which graduated generations of senior officials and Lebanese and Arabs diplomats. It was part of the Training Department in the Civil Service Board.

The National School of Administration is a public institution which has a moral personality and financial and administrative autonomy. It is subject to the provisions of the Decree No. 11044 dated 27/9/2003, and also subject to the supervisory authority of the Civil Service Board.

It aims to be a leader in the accomplishment and promulgation of the principles and practices of good governance through the implementation of sustainable Human Resource Development in the Lebanese Public Administration for the benefit of all Lebanese citizens.
