As part of the lead up to the first centenary celebrations for Greater Lebanon 2020, the Office of the Deputy President for Cultural Affairs and the USEK Library are organizing a general knowledge contest. The contest, open to all USEK students, will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The contest will cover many cultural themes, such as the history of Lebanon from 1920 to 1943, literature and philosophy, religions, cinema and theater, human rights and ethics, technology, health and environment. Students are encouraged to visit the USEK Library in order to do the necessary research and get some helpful guidance from the staff.
The contest will be in the form of 100 multiple choice questions, in English.
There will be prizes for the top five winners.
