The Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) and the Memŏria Association organized a seminar entitled: “The Concept of National Sovereignty from the Cairo Agreement to the Taif Agreement”.

This event, hosted by the Phoenix Center for Lebanese Studies (CPEL), took place on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Jean El Hawa Auditorium.
