USEK successfully achieves the NAAB Visit Two!

During the July 2018 meeting of its board of directors, the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) voted to accept the report from Visit Two regarding the Substantial Equivalency application for the Master of Architecture degree (combined Bachelor and Master/193 credits) delivered by the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK).

The Visit Two report was submitted by USEK in January 2018 and was followed by a successful site visit conducted by NAAB experts from April 9 to 13, 2018.

NAAB congratulated the University on completing this step in the process of achieving the Substantial Equivalency designation. The final step is a comprehensive visit that will take place in 2019.

USEK would like to thank the members of its Architecture Program Accreditation Committee, as well as the dean, faculty, staff, students and all those who have contributed to this achievement.

The National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB), based in the United States, aspires to be the leader in establishing educational quality assurance standards to enhance the value, relevance, and effectiveness of the architectural profession. At the international level, NAAB seeks to advance accreditation in architectural education through evaluating professional degree programs offered abroad for substantial equivalency.
