A new InterLibrary Loan / Document Delivery Service (ILL/DDS) is henceforth available at the Central Library of the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK). This service enables USEK teachers, regularly registered students and staff members to borrow reference works (books, articles from periodicals and conference proceedings) from the following universities: The University of Balamand (UOB), the Notre-Dame University (NDU) and the Lebanese American University (LAU).
This request to access the documentary background of other universities should be made after checking the Online catalogue (Berytos), and the Databases available at USEK. However, one cannot request a loan if the document in question is already available at USEK.

Loan conditions:
- The person should have an USEK teacher, student or administrative staff card.
- The requested document should not be available in the documentary background of the USEK Central Library.
- The duration of this loan does not exceed 30 days. However, it can be renewed 3 days before its expiry date.
- The borrower is held responsible for any damages to the borrowed reference. Any lost or damaged reference will have to be reimbursed by the borrower. Moreover, any delay will be fined 5000 LBP/day.

- Search for the document on the USEK database in order to check whether it is available in the Central Library background.
- Fill in a form for each loan request.
