1. FILE SUBMISSION

Complete the online application and provide:
  • a photocopy of the national identity card (a photocopy of the passport for foreign applicants) or a copy of the individual or family civil status record
  • a recent passport-size photo.
  • a certified copy of university degree(s) equivalence(s) by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Lebanon, if needed.
  • Official transcript(s) covering all previous academic work.

Choose a program, test date, and admission type.

Pay the non-refundable 30 USD admissions file fees, via OMT or at any Bank of Beirut, BLOM Bank, Bank Audi, or Byblos bank branch

Sit for an on-campus entrance exam.

2. RESULTS

  • You will receive an email with a link to your results.
  • Confirm your choice of studies through the Apply Platform (you will receive a confirmation email). To activate your file, you will first have to settle the deposit (300 USD) as an early bird, or the first payment (800 USD) for the Late Registration via OMT or at any Bank Audi, BLOM Bank, Bank of Beirut, or Byblos Bank branch.


3. FILE COMPLETION

Complete your file with the following documents no longer than three months after the program start date:
  • a Lebanese Baccalaureate certificate or an equivalent diploma.
  • two recommendation letters, given by academic referees who know you well, delivered directly to the Admissions Office in a sealed envelope (if needed).
  • a motivation letter.
  • a CV or e‐portfolio.
  • certificate(s) of employment, if applicable.


4. REGISTRATION

  • To activate your file, you will first have to settle the deposit (300 USD) as an early bird, or the first payment (800 USD) for the Late Registration via OMT or at any Bank Audi, BLOM Bank, Bank of Beirut, or Byblos Bank branch.
  • Once activated, reset your password and activate your account on the USEK application.
  • Attend the welcome Orientation Session, where expert help and advice will be at hand to assist you in registering on your courses using Banner Self Service. Dates and session details will be emailed to you and can also be found on the USEK Academic Calendar.
