New Students - First Time Registration at USEK

In order to successfully perform your registration procedure in USEK, we recommend you to abide by the following procedure:

Step 1: Choice of major
- Consult the USEK website and click on Results of the admission tests.
- Enter your admission file number (ID) and your date of birth for identification.
- Check the results of your admission tests and confirm your choice of major.

Step 2: 1st payment of tuition fees - AUDI, BLOM, BYBLOS or BANK OF BEIRUT
After making the choice of major, you should expect a confirmation email and sms, upon which you should wait 2 working days at least before being allowed to proceed with the first payment of the tuition fees. After this period, you can settle the first payment at any of the following bank branches AUDI, BLOM, BYBLOS and BANK OF BEIRUT, by mentioning your file admission number (ID).

P.S.: In case of any financial problems, students can proceed to the USEK Social Service Office.

Remarks concerning students benefiting from an excellence scholarship:
- If the scholarship covers 100% of the tuition fees, the reduction will be applied automatically on the first payment.
- If the scholarship covers less than 60% of the tuition fees, the reduction will be applied automatically starting the second payment, taking into account all of the tuition fees.

Step 3: Course registration
Undergraduate and graduate students should complete their registration exclusively online via Banner self-service. The registration period of the Fall Semester is on January 22, 2020. Mandatory Orientation Sessions are scheduled on these dates.

The Add & Drop and Late Registration periods is from January 27 to 31, 2020. All “Add & Drop” procedures should be done online via the Banner self-service.

Remark concerning students admitted on the basis of remedial courses: Students who are required to follow remedial courses should register them first and foremost, in the first semester following their admission.

Postgraduate students should complete their registration online via Banner self-service on January 22, 2020.

Students in continuing education have to complete their registration in the Faculty/Institute they are affiliated to from January 27 to 31, 2020.
