The Higher Institute of Political and Administrative Sciences (ISSPA) at USEK organized a conference entitled “The Gulf Monarchies against the Arab Spring”, given by Laurence Louër, Head of Research at the Center of Studies and International Research (CERI) at Sciences Po – Paris.

This event took place on Friday, December 2, 2011 from 2:00 till 3:30 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Business and Commercial Sciences – USEK Main Campus.
