As part of the strategy of developing partnerships at the international level, Dr. Badih BAZ, Dean of the Faculty of Sciences (FS) at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) welcomed the Vice-President of the University of Montpelier 2 (UM2), Mr. Arnaud Martin to discuss the procedures to be put in place to implement an effective and sustainable cooperation between both institutions.

Thus, the point was made on the possibilities of collaborations based on the Master "Energy" that UM2 wants to launch in its different aspects such as Biomass, Storage, Fuel Cell, Photovoltaic, Sustainable Development etc ... Another potential is always the Master "Water" directed towards the problems of resource management.
In light of this meeting, both parts have agreed on the need to formulate a concrete plan that meets the expectations of the needs in Lebanon and that one or more Masters will be developed to promote the mobility of both students and teachers in both directions.

Finally and in order to manage future collaborations between USEK and UM2, Dr. BAZ proposed signing a Framework Agreement between the two institutions. A proposal will be made as soon as possible and sent to Mr. Martin to start the necessary procedures.
