Workshop on: “Understanding Hazards from Farm-to-Fork: Food Safety in Dairy Products”

In the presence of H.E. Dr. Hussein El Hajj Hassan, Minister of Industry, from the Ministry of Industry, in partnership with the Italian Embassy, the UNIDO Project “Supporting host communities in Lebanon affected by the high influx of Syrian Refugees- CELEP III” and the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), organized a workshop on: “Understanding Hazards from Farm-to-Fork: Food Safety in Dairy Products”.

This event, hosted by the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences, was held on Tuesday April 19, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., in the John Paul II Amphitheater.
