Holder of a MSc in International Hotel and Tourism Management from the Oxford School of Hospitality Management in the UK, and a MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the American University of Beirut, Ms. Issa teaches several undergraduate courses within the field of hospitality management.
She is also a member of the AACSB accreditation committee at the USEK Business School (UBS).
Her research interests are related to tourism planning and political instability, host/visitor perceptions of tourist attractions and places, as well as marketing and the innovation of tourism and hospitality services.
A Norwegian/Austrian national, Ms. Issa has lived in Lebanon since 2005.
