The Archaeological Museum of USEK (MAU) organized a mission to assess the state of the conservation of two collections of textiles belonging to Abouna Yacoub Museum, Jal el Dib and Saint Charbel Museum, Annaya. After examining the two collections for evaluation purposes, Mr. Alexander Fiette, conservator of the Museum of Art and History, Department of Applied Arts in Geneva, compiled two reports on the state of the conditions of storage of these pieces giving some advice in how to optimize the preservation of this religious heritage in Lebanon.
