This page provides information for anyone who is thinking of applying to USEK.

Undergraduate and Graduate
You are about to submit your application form online in order to be part of the USEK community.

Once an application has been submitted, the candidate will either sit for the entrance exam or enroll on a course, depending on their school average.

Doctoral Studies
PhD candidates can submit the online postgraduate admission application here.

Residency candidates can submit the online postgraduate admission application here.

Exam and deadline to register for graduate programs (CII)

Application for the exam should be submitted no later than five days before the exam date.

Wednesday, June 20, 2022 – Deadline to register for the exam - June 15
Wednesday, July 20, 2022 – Deadline to register for the exam - July 15
Thursday, August 18, 2022 – Deadline to register for the exam - August 13

Comps exam and deadline to register for postgraduate programs (CIII)

Monday, April 11, 2022 – Deadline to register - March 7
Friday, July 8, 2022 – Deadline to register June 7

*Applicants are exempted from the EPT if they are holders of Redesigned SAT I Evidence-Based and Writing with a score of 550/800 or 16/24 on the Optional Essay, Institutional Paper-Based TOEFL PBT with a score of 550/670, Computer-Based TOEFL CBT with a score of 213/300, Internet-Based TOEFL IBT with a score of 80/120, FCE with a score of C, or IELTS with a score of 6/9.

* Applicants are exempted from the French Level (for the hybrid programs) if they are holders of DELF (B2) or TCF (B2), or have an average of 10/20 and above on the French Language in Grades 10 and 11.

*Applicants are exempted from the Engineering Entrance Exam if they are holders of the following SAT scores: 1250/1600 with a score of math ≥ 650/800.
