Feedback

We do our best at USEK Library to assess our performance and provide an optimized experience to our users. We treat your feedback seriously and will use it to improve our services in the future. Whether you wish to leave a general comment, share an experience, make a suggestion or raise an issue, you can tell us what you think by submitting the Feedback Form. Equally, if you receive good service, we would be glad to hear about it.

How we respond to your feedback

Once your feedback form has been submitted, the Library will respond within three (3) working days.

By submitting feedback on our services you are permitting the Library to share your feedback and the response on our website. Your name will not be mentioned, but your subject area, for instance, will be shared if relevant.

Complaints

We encourage and value all feedback. If you are unhappy with the response to your feedback, please contact the person most relevant to your complaint , or the Executive Director of the Library .
