Title: Design of a Neural Prosthesis Using Brain Computer Interface

Duration: 2 years

Summary
EEG plays an important role in Brain Computer Interface as a part of neuronal rehabilitation engineering. It allows the giving of orders to muscles, neuronal pathways, or even to external actuators such as PCs, wheelchairs, etc.
The objective of this project is to develop and implement a non-invasive signal recording, to define a mental strategy, to process the signals and implement a biofeedback used in rehabilitation engineering; allowing some benefits to disabled persons; such as, control of wheelchair, of a prosthetic limb, communication with a PC, etc
