1. How can I edit or cancel my request to participate in the ceremony?
Students can change the option chosen (or cancel the request) through the same registration form initiated

2. How can students from USEK’s Regional University Centers (RUC) participate in the ceremony?
The same online procedure is applicable for students of the USEK Campus and the RUCs of Chekka, Rmeich, and Zahle. Students should respect the dates chosen upon online registration for the photoshoot and cap and gown collection from the USEK Campus.

3. How many invitation cards are issued for each student?
Each student is allowed 4 invitation cards.

4. Are extra cards available?
No additional cards can be provided or sold to graduates.

5. Do graduates have access to the parking?
Due to limited spaces and availability, parking is not provided to the graduating students.

6. How long does the ceremony last?
The ceremony is expected to last between 3 and 4 hours.

7. On what basis is the seating arrangement organized?
Guests will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis starting 5:30 p.m.

8. Are children allowed to attend the ceremony?
The commencement ceremony is an adult only event.

9. Are there any rehearsals prior to the ceremony?
No rehearsal; students are required to attend the Commencement Day briefing starting 3:30 p.m.at the John Paul II Amphitheater.

10. Where can students lock their belongings during the ceremony?
It is recommended that you come as light as possible and keep your personal belongings with you at all times. However, the John Paul II Amphitheater will be locked during the ceremony and will be opened for students only after the ceremony (N.B.: The administration is not to be held responsible for any belongings in the Amphitheater).
