Step 1 | Register online

• Students who graduated in Fall 2018-2019 and who are expected to graduate in Spring 2018-2019 and Summer 2018-2019 should register online for the Commencement Ceremony 2019
- Thursday, June 27, 2019: Schools of Engineering, Medicine and Medical Sciences, and Music, and Pontifical School of Theology
- Wednesday, July 3, 2019: Faculties of Agricultural and Food Sciences, Fine and Applied Arts, Letters, Philosophy and Humanities, Religious and Oriental Sciences, and Sciences, as well as School of Law and Political Sciences and USEK Business School

• Deadline: Wednesday, June 5, 2019 (no request will be accepted after this date).
• N.B.: To cancel your request, please send the cancellation via the same registration form (before Monday, June 17, 2019). Students who cancel their request before this date are eligible for a 90 USD refund during the cap and gown restitution period.

Step 2 | Deposit a guarantee

• 100 USD for students wishing to participate in the ceremony (50 USD refundable upon return of cap and gown)
• 50 USD for students wishing to rent the cap and gown only (40 USD refundable upon return of cap and gown)
• Location: Accounting Office – Student Service (Registrar Office)
• Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Deadline: Friday, June 7, 2019 (no request will be accepted after this date).

Step 3 | Collect your graduation cap and gown and have your yearbook photo taken

• Location: Room ES101 – Building E
• Date: Wednesday, May 29, Thursday, May 30, Friday, May 31, Monday, June 3, Tuesday, June 4, and Friday, June 7, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Please note that the dates are subject to change due to Eid al Fitr coinciding with the 1st week of June).
• N.B.: To cancel your request, please send the cancellation via the same registration form (before Monday, June 17, 2019).

Step 4 | Collect your invitation cards (4 cards per student)

• Location: Student Affairs Office (SAO)
• Opening hours: Wednesday, June 19 to Friday, June 21, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (June 27 and July 3 ceremonies)
