General Knowledge Contest

As part of the lead up to the first centenary celebrations for Greater Lebanon 2020, the Office of the Deputy President for Cultural Affairs and the USEK Library organized a general knowledge contest. The contest, open to all USEK students, will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The contest covered many cultural themes, such as the history of Lebanon from 1920 to 1943, literature and philosophy, religions, cinema and theater, human rights and ethics, technology, health and environment. Students are encouraged to visit the USEK Library in order to do the necessary research and get some helpful guidance from the staff.
The winners of the contest were the followings:
1st price: Charlyne Sakr
2nd price: Geryes Wajdi Bejjani
3rd price: Georges Ganem
4th price: Romain Assaad
5th price: Nicolas Tobanji
