In partnership with Intisar Foundation, the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) is organizing a workshop consisting of 15 dramatherapy sessions, on the topic “Build a Stronger Self to Bounce Back from Life’s Challenges”, given by Jean Daccache and Natacha Rizk, actors and certified dramatherapists.

This event, hosted by the Atelier des Arts du Spectacle (AAS) of the School of Music and Performing Arts in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, will take place on Thursdays, starting February 16, 2023, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., or from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., in Room HS304 (Building H).

Built on the theme of “Ruins and Resilience” as part of USEK’s upcoming Writing Residency on Short Theatrical Forms, this workshop will allow participants to identify their own outlook on ruins, test their resilience, and practice the desired transformation, through:

- connecting with their inner self.
- dealing with repressed emotions.
- identifying current challenges and coping with conflict situations.
