In the scope of the applied research published by the USEK Business School, another study tackled the Banking Sector. Entitled “Reshaping the Lebanese Banking Sector: Key Insights & Restructuring Plan” this study outlines a new business structure that could restore confidence in the banking sector and increase its profitability in the upcoming period.
The first section reviews the Old Banking Model, by highlighting its main policies & key indicators. And the second part proposes a restructuring plan as well as an implementations strategy for a New Banking Model.
