Madonna Salameh-Ayanian holds the positions of Assistant Dean for Executive Education and Associate Professor at the USEK Business School. She earned her Ph.D. from Université Panthéon-Assas, Paris 2 in France.
Her research centers on women's careers, leadership, entrepreneurship, and governance. Alongside teaching, she supervises the International Human Resources Management Master Program at the school and manages various Executive Education initiatives. Madonna has also engaged in consultancy projects with key companies in Lebanon, focusing on HR, Marketing, Management, and PR. Moreover, she has conducted numerous training sessions and offered mentorship to startups.
