Pedro Domit, a growth-focused executive, transformational leader, and serial entrepreneur, played a pivotal role in establishing TracFone as the leading prepaid wireless company in the US. With over two and a half decades of experience, Pedro spearheaded strategic initiatives that propelled TracFone's exponential growth to 20M+ customers and $8B in revenue by 2021.

As head of Customer Experience & Data Science, he championed a customer-centric culture, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance customer lifetime value and reduce churn. Pedro's leadership added nearly $9B of value to TracFone through operational efficiencies and innovative approaches. Fluent in English and Spanish, Pedro holds a BBA from Universidad Anáhuac and began his career revitalizing his family's business. He serves as an independent member of the board for a fashion company and a resort in the well-being industry, while also advising prominent companies in Latin America's finance and retail sectors.
