If you are Grade 12 student and waiting for the results of your Lebanese baccalaureate or a diploma considered equivalent by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education to enroll in undergraduate studies at USEK, you should:

1. File submission

I- Complete the online application and provide us with:
  • A photocopy of the national identity card (a photocopy of the passport for foreign applicants).
  • One recent passport-size photo.
  • A photocopy of the transcript of grades for the last three high-school classes.

II- Choose a program and select a date for the on-campus entrance exam
  • Regular Admission
  • Early Admission (Admission on File)
  • Admission on Title
  • Admission by File Transfer

III- Pay the non-refundable $100 30.00 USD admissions file fee, which can be settled in Lebanese Pounds (as per the BDL exchange rates) online or at any branch of Audi, BOB, BLOM, Byblos banks, or OMT.

IV- Sit for an on-campus entrance exam.

2. Results
V- You will receive an SMS with a link for your results:
  • Check the results of the admission tests on the USEK website
  • If necessary to retake the entrance exam, complete and submit the form again.
  • Confirm your choice of studies on the website (you will receive a confirmation email and SMS).

3. File completions

VI- Complete your file: provide a copy of your Lebanese baccalaureate or an equivalent, no longer than three months after the program start date.

4. Registration
VII- Within 48 hours after receiving the confirmation and completion of the file, pay the 1st installment of tuition fees at any Audi, BLOM, BOB or Byblos bank.

VIII- Reset your password you received by email and activate your account on the USEK application. If a password was not received, please contact the Admissions Office.

IX- Attend the Orientation Session (OS), a welcome session where expert help and advice will be at hand to assist you in registering on your courses using Banner Self Service. Dates and session details will be emailed to you and can also be found on the USEK academic calendar.


Admission is valid for the academic year. Applicants who fail to register for one or two semesters during the academic year will lose their right of admission and will have to submit a new application form.

N.B. Admission to Medicine, Engineering (except Food Engineering, Agricultural Engineering) and Architecture programs are valid for one semester.
