Applicants wishing to be enrolled in undergraduate studies at USEK should:

1. File submission
  • Pass by the Admissions office, have an admission form filled and submit the following documents:
  • A photocopy of the national identity card (a photocopy of the passport for foreign applicants);
  • Two recent passport-size photos;
  • A photocopy of the grades transcript of the last three high-school classes (school and/or technical) certified by the school (the first two trimesters for Gr12 classes in case the admission file is submitted before the end of the ongoing academic year);
  • The certificate of the Lebanese Baccalaureate or an equivalent degree, certified by the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
  • The original certificate of coverage of the National Social Security Fund, or its equivalent, dated less than three months from the beginning of classes.
  • Pay the fees related to file opening at Bank of Beirut (BOB).
  • Register for the admission test no later than 5 days in advance at the Admissions office.
  • Sit for the admission tests related to the chosen programs.

  • 2. Results
    • Check the results of the admission tests on the website
    • If necessary, re-sit the admission tests before confirming the choice of studies.
    • Confirm the choice of studies on the website.
    • You will receive a confirmation email and SMS.

    3. File submission
    • Activate your file upon receiving confirmation of a place in your chosen program.
    • Complete your file: Lebanese Baccalaureate or an equivalent and NSSF (no longer than 3 months after the program start date).

    Step 4: Registration
    • Pay the 1st installment of tuition fees at Audi, BLOM, BoB or Byblos bank within 48 hours after receiving the confirmation and completion of the file.
    • Attend the Orientation Session (OS) – details can be found on the academic calendar.
    • Register your courses online on Banner Self Service ( during the Orientation Session, specifically prepared to welcome you on campus and advise you on the registration process.
    • You should have previously received a link to change your password; If you have not, please contact the IT Service Desk: or 09 600 414.


    The admission is only valid for the ongoing academic year. Applicants who do not register for one or two semesters during the academic year in which they are accepted, will lose their right of admission and they will have to submit a new application form to be studied according to the existing admission conditions.

    Admission to the Medicine, Engineering (expect Food Engineering and Agricultural Engineering) and Architecture programs are only valid for one semester.

    The placement tests results remain valid at all times for all majors.
