If you are currently a Grade 12 student or have already completed 12 years of schooling for the Lebanese Baccalaureate or an equivalent diploma recognized by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, and you wish to enroll at USEK, please check below all the steps needed:
A. File submission
Step 1: Complete the
online application and provide us with:
- A photocopy of the national identity card and/or photocopy of your valid passport (for international applicants) or a copy of the individual civil status record.
- A photocopy of the transcript for the last 3 high-school classes.
Step 2: Step 2: Choose a program and select a date for the on-campus
entrance exam
- Regular Admission.
- Admission with Scholarship. (only offered for current Grade 12 students during the Early Admission period for the Fall Semester)
- Admission by File Transfer.

Step 3: Pay the
non-refundable 30 USD admissions file fee, via OMT or BOB Finance.
Step 4: Sit for an on-campus entrance exam (if any).
B. Results
Once the results are published, you will receive an email with a link to your results:
- You are eligible to retake the exam once only. If you wish to do so, you are requested to complete and submit the needed form through the link. The exam retake fees amount to 15 USD.
- If you do not want to retake the exam and would like to confirm your choice of studies, you should log in to the Apply Platform and submit your request. (You will receive a confirmation email).
C. File Completion
Once your records are activated and your program is confirmed, you must complete your file with the hard copies below within one month of the semester starts:
- A certified copy of your Lebanese Baccalaureate or an equivalent diploma.
- A copy of your transcript during the last 3 years of high school.
PS: If you fail to complete your file on time, an incomplete file hold will be placed on your records.
D. Registration
Please follow the procedure below for file activation and registration:
- Once activated, you need to settle the non-refundable deposit (200 USD) as an early bird, or the full first payment (1000 USD) for the Regular Registration via OMT, BOB Finance, or at any Bank Audi, BLOM Bank, Bank of Beirut, or Byblos Bank branch.
- Once activated, you will receive an email from the Enterprise IT Service Desk with your email address and password, along with instructions on how to reset your password and set up your email on your mobile.
- Attend the Mandatory New Students Orientation Session on campus, in which expert help and advice will be at hand to assist you in registering for your courses using Banner Self Service. Dates and session details will be emailed to you and can also be found on the USEK Academic Calendar.
Validity
Admission is valid for two consecutive semesters. Applicants who fail to register for one or two semesters during the academic year must submit a new application form.
