Undergraduate

If you are Grade 12 student and waiting for the results of your Lebanese baccalaureate or a diploma considered equivalent by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education to enroll in undergraduate studies at USEK, you should:

1. File submission

Complete the online application and provide us with:
  • A photocopy of the national identity card (a photocopy of the passport for foreign applicants).
  • One recent passport-size photo.
  • A photocopy of the transcript of grades for the last three high-school classes.


Choose a program and select a date for the on-campus entrance exam
  • Regular Admission
  • Admission with Scholarship
  • Admission by File Transfer

Pay the non-refundable 30 USD admissions file fee, which can be settled at any branch of Audi, BOB, BLOM, Byblos banks, or OMT.

Sit for an on-campus entrance exam.

2. Results
You will receive an email with a link to your results:
  • If you need to retake the entrance exam, complete and submit the form again. The exam retake fees amount to 15 USD.
  • Confirm your choice of studies through the Apply Platform (you will receive a confirmation email). To activate your file, you will first have to settle the deposit (300 USD) as an early bird, or the first payment (800 USD) for the Late Registration.


3. File completions

Complete your file with the hard copies required: a copy of your Lebanese Baccalaureate or an equivalent diploma, no longer than three months after the program start date. If you fail to complete your file, an incomplete file hold will be placed on your records. 

4. Registration
Please follow the procedure below for file activation and registration:
  • To activate your file, you will first have to settle the deposit (300 USD) as an early bird, or the first payment (800 USD) for the Late Registration via OMT or any Bank Audi, BLOM Bank, Bank of Beirut, or Byblos Bank branch.
  • Once activated, reset the password you received by email and activate your account on the USEK application. If you have not received a password, please contact the Admissions Office.
  • Attend the welcome Orientation Session, where expert help and advice will be at hand to assist you in registering on your courses using Banner Self Service. Dates and session details will be emailed to you and can also be found on the USEK Academic Calendar.


Validity

Admission is valid for two consecutive semesters. Applicants who fail to register for one or two semesters during the academic year will lose their right of admission and will have to submit a new application form.
