Regional Manager of the Middle East and Gulf Area of APAVE Consultancy and Inspection Group since 2008, Mr. Nasr has:

• Managed an office of 80 permanent staff: administrative, marketing, finance and technical operations.
• Managed technical inspection missions for projects requiring the intervention of highly qualified experts in different domains.
• International experience in the construction fields mainly in infrastructure, structure, seismic, prestressed concrete, fire safety and finishes.
• Managed costing and feasibility missions.
• Managed various projects executions.

Mr. Nasr holds:

• A Masters in Civil engineering - CHEBAP – Paris (CHEC) (1993)
• A D.E.S.S. – Methods and constructions – University of Paris VI (1993)
• A Diploma in Civil Engineering – E.S.I.B. Beirut (1992)
• A French & Lebanese Baccalaureate in Math – Notre Dame de Jamhour
• Training courses in APAVE Group – Multipurpose modules (1987)

Mr. Nasr is member in:

• The Lebanese Order of Engineers and Architects, Beirut
• The Lebanese Standardization Institute (LIBNOR)
• Member of the ESIB Alumni High Committee
• Member of several social and economic associations
• Member of the International Chamber of Commerce and Head of the Environment Committee for 5 years
• General Secretary of Cobaty International

Mr. Nasr was Assistant District Governor of Rotary (2007-2008 and 2008-2009) and President of Rotary Club of Sahel Metn (2005-2006).

He is President of Cobaty Liban and member of the board of Cobaty International. He is also President of CHEC Alumni Association.
