2- Where do I find information about the application process, requirements, and deadlines?

4- Can I apply for more than one program?
You can apply for up to 3 programs at a time.
5- How much are my tuition fees?
It depends on the program you are enrolled in. Tuition fees are calculated based on the number of credits you are enrolled in each semester. Click here to view the cost per 1 credit.
6- How do I check the status of my application?
Once the application is submitted, you will be informed by email; our office will be following up with you.
7- How do I activate and confirm my choices?
Once the results are out, you will receive an SMS with a link. You should click on the link to check the results and confirm your choice.

9- Can I transfer courses taken at another university?
To apply as a Transfer Student, you should submit the Admission File with the documents listed below:
  • A photocopy of your national Identity Card (a photocopy of the passport for foreign applicants).
  • Two recent passport-size photos.
  • The certificate of the Lebanese Baccalaureate or an equivalent degree, certified by the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
  • An official Grade Transcript and certificate of the completed university studies.
  • An official photocopy of syllabi and description of courses likely to be transferred (course description, number of credits and number of hours).
  • The original certificate of coverage of the National Social Security Fund, dated less than three months of the beginning of classes, or its equivalent (if available).
  • File fees 100 USD (non-refundable).

In the event of Admission by File Transfer, the evaluation of the credits likely to be transferred is based on many criteria which will be subject to a file study.
However, if you are currently under probation, a regular admission procedure must be submitted instead of a transfer.
10- What are the graduate programs available at USEK?

11- When is the deadline to submit missing documents?
You should submit all your documents once you apply and before your enrollment at USEK. However, due to the current situation in the country, more flexibility has been provided. You should submit the missing documents during the first semester of enrollment to avoid an Admission Hold on your records.
