1- How can I log into e-Learning?
From your preferred web browser, navigate to this link to reach
USEK’s e-Learning page. For the best experience, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are recommended. Insert your student ID number and password (same password used for your e-mail, Wi-Fi, and many other services), and click “Log in”.
2- What if I cannot find my courses on e-Learning?
First, double-check that you confirmed all your pre-registered courses on Banner.
In other terms, the registration status of the course must indicate “Complete Registration”; otherwise, your course’s status will remain “Early Registration” and will be automatically dropped after the “Confirmation of the Early Registration” period.
Upon course confirmation, you need to wait 24 hours for the synchronization process to finish, then your courses will show up on your dashboard on e-Learning.
The dashboard has course filters: All, In Progress, Future, Past, Starred and Removed. Hence, you might not be able to find a previous course or a course removed from view unless you change your filters. If you are still facing issues, you may report your issue by
email.
3- What is the maximum upload file size for an assignment on eLearning?
It depends. For each assignment, your instructor can specify the maximum size of the uploaded file, as well as its type. As a student, the maximum size for an uploaded file can be found above the upload box.
4- Do my old courses disappear from -Learning?
Your courses will remain available on e-Learning for 3 years. After that, you can neither find them nor access them.
5- How do I change/reset my password?
